One of her most notable innovations is the R.E.S.E.T® Program - Reinvigorate, Educate, Strategize, Empower, Team Up - which targets high school girls who are navigating gender, economic, and social barriers within the world of sports. The program equips participants with the knowledge, exposure, and tools needed to thrive in the sports industry - not just on the field, but behind the scenes. Young women who complete the R.E.S.E.T® program are inspired to inquire, explore, and pursue careers with purpose and confidence.
